Pollyanna Barnsley Refund & Returns Policy

At Pollyanna Barnsley, all garments are made-to-order with the upmost care and design using high-quality fabrics sourced locally from UK mills and Japan, and all sewn in-house in our Barnsley studio. As a small business, we aim to be fair and transparent while protecting the sustainability of our operations and employees.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, you have 48 hours to request a cancellation or change.
  • After 48 hours, production will begin, and we can no longer cancel or modify your order.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, undamaged items in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty – Please contact us if so.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer returns on:
    • Items returned worn, damaged, or without tags.
    • Any requests made after the 14-day window.
  • We do not accept returns on garments that have been altered or customised after purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description.
  • We will offer a full refund or replacement (subject to availability).
